I have very few “go to” recipes. My Chili is one of them. It is extremely easy and every person that has tried it just loves it. Because I’m a vegetarian I don’t add any meat. But when I’m serving it for a party I will split this recipe into 2 batches after it’s cooked and I will add in spicy sausage or some other kind of cooked meat. I hope you enjoy.
4 cans dark red beans
2 cans black beans
2 cans garbanzo beans
2 cans corn
1 large can diced tomatoes
1 can stew tomatoes
3 cloves of garlic or 1-1 1/2 Tbsp
2 packages of McCormick chili ready mix (one mild and one original)
drain all bean cans, then mix
garlic, and tomatoes
mix well with dry mix
heat and serve
In a crock pot on low over 7 hours, or on high for 4 hours. Or on stove.
